FAQ

You must be at least 19 years old and have had a driver's license for at least one year. If you are under 25 years old, you must pay a young driver fee of DKK 250 per month.

Unfortunately, if you are under 25, you cannot purchase Safe Drive insurance. Not even if you are only an additional driver.

Valid driver's license with date of birth, a credit card, a valid CVR number if the van is to be used for business.

A deposit of two months' rent is deducted when you pick up the van. When you return the van, you'll get your deposit back, as long as there are no damages or excess kilometers.

You can pay with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, America Express, Visa, Diners Club. We do not accept debit cards such as Mastercard Debit. Remember to bring the physical credit card when picking up the van.

The person who is the renter of the car. It costs DKK 250 per month per additional driver. If you are under 25 years old, you must pay a young driver fee of DKK 250 per month.

When you pick up a car from Enterprise, it's always washed and thoroughly cleaned to the exacting standards of our Complete Clean Pledge. That's why we expect you to return the car clean and tidy. This is also stated in the rental contract.

If you return the car dirty and soiled, you will be charged a cleaning fee of DKK 625. If the car is very dirty, or if you have smoked in it so that it needs to be specially cleaned by an external company, it will cost DKK 3,750.
